To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened and in its original condition. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Once we receive the product and verify that it is unopened and in perfect condition, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, and we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process. Additionally, we do not accept returns on products that were customized or personalized for the customer.
